SELECTING MEAT SUPPLIERS

Meat vendors supply meat. It is advisable to have at least two or three supplier to mantain:

a. Quality

  • Packaging
  • Name of the product
  • Freshness
  • Temperature
  • Expiry date
  • Smell

b. Price
  • Competitive price list 
  • Market pricing
  • Consistency

c. Availability/Supply
  • Quantity
  • Variety of the product
  • Standart portion/size

d. Reputation
  • Hygiene
  • Courtesy
  • On time
  • Honesty
  • Loyalty
